Description

The SPEW SGY Series Internal Arc Gear Pump is a positive displacement rotary Gear pump designed for Low temperature precise, smooth, and efficient transfer of a wide range of viscous fluids.
Utilizing an advanced internal round-arc gear design, the SGY pump ensures pulse-free flow, low noise, and high volumetric accuracy, making it ideal for handling lubricating oils, fuel oils, polymers, adhesives, bitumen, and other industrial liquids of varying viscosities.

The SGY pump combines compact design with robust construction, ensuring reliable operation under continuous-duty conditions. Its self-priming capability and reversible flow feature allow it to be used for loading, unloading, and circulation applications with equal efficiency.

Structure

The SGY Internal Arc Gear Pump consists of an internal driving gear (rotor) and an external driven gear (idler) mounted eccentrically within the casing.
As the gears rotate, a continuously increasing and decreasing volume is formed between the gear teeth, creating suction on one side and discharge on the other.
